Program Lead – Belfast
Rate: £515/ umbrella per day, contract until 30/06/26
We’re working with a leading investment bank seeking a seasoned program leader to drive a portfolio of global initiatives within Fixed Income Middle Office, covering FX, Spread Products, Rates, and Treasury.
The Role
As a senior program manager, you’ll be shaping the target operating model, driving strategic re-architecture, and delivering projects that strengthen reconciliation, risk control, and process efficiency. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and global operations — ensuring every project delivers measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple high-profile, cross-border programs
- Define and execute the target operating model for Fixed Income Middle Office
- Drive regulatory, strategic, and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee governance, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Partner with Technology to align delivery plans to strategic goals
- Lead testing workstreams and user acceptance testing
- Coach and develop junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- Proven track record in process transformation & program management
- Strong global markets knowledge
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills (JIRA a plus)
- Ability to lead complex, front-to-back process reviews
