Project Manager – Fixed Income Middle Office | Belfast (Hybrid) | £450-£525/day (Umbrella)
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a global financial services firm in Belfast on a 9-month contract.
This is a hands-on delivery role working on critical initiatives across the Fixed Income Middle Office, covering FX, Spread, Rates, and Treasury. You will lead and execute change focused on reconciliation, risk & control, regulatory delivery, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Deliver multiple project workstreams in alignment with business goals

Define and drive the target operating model across Middle Office operations

Lead stakeholder engagement, governance, and project planning

Ensure project risks, dependencies, and issues are proactively managed

Collaborate with technology and business functions to deliver end-to-end solutions

Manage testing cycles and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)

Track KPIs and benefits for change delivery
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager (not Programme Manager)

Background in Fixed Income / Global Markets operations or transformation

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with process transformation and operating model change

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; JIRA experience a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
