Project Manager – Solution Delivery

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, results-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of IT and infrastructure projects across departments. The technical delivery will comprise installation of hardware (instrumentation and drivers), network infrastructure, and software configuration as a minimum.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Deliver regular project updates to senior leadership and effectively manage escalations
- Manage budgets, procurement, and documentation to ensure projects stay on target
- Promote and adopt best practices in project delivery and governance and be the day-to-day point of contact with the end-customer, to deliver the outputs required.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum (preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud services, software development, or systems integration
- Experience with IoT deployments, LPWAN connectivity, and integrating on-site hardware into custom software platform
- Background working in a tech startup or fast-scaling environment
- Background in facilities management, building services management, refrigeration and AC services.
