An innovative engineering company working at the forefront of industrial robotics is seeking aProject Co-ordinator to join its growing team.

Our mission is to make hazardous industrial work safer and more efficient through advanced robotic solutions. Working across the cement, aluminium, and energy sectors, we deliver complex maintenance projects globally safely, quickly, and with reduced downtime.

AsProject Co-ordinator, youll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring operations run smoothly from planning through to execution. Youll coordinate with clients, internal teams, and partners to manage logistics, schedules, and compliance keeping people safe and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison with customers during planning and delivery stages

• Coordinate between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

• Prepare project pricing and proposals

• Manage scheduling, resource booking, and logistics (including travel and permits)

• Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met

• Maintain training records and company compliance platforms

• Secure purchase orders before project commencement

About You

Essential:

• Strong admin and coordination skills with attention to detail

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)

• Experience working across time zones in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive, collaborative mindset

Desirable:

• Additional languages

• Experience in cement, refractory, or biomass sectors

• Familiarity with Xero accounting software
