Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the production process.
- Monitor and maintain production quality to meet or exceed established standards.
- Plan and organise weekly production schedules, adapting as needed to meet deadlines and operational demands.
- Collaborate with management teams across sites to ensure timely shipments and alignment with delivery schedules
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date production drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Champion a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate targeted training sessions to address key skills and development needs
- Lead and evaluate the performance of production teams, providing guidance and support to foster continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage holiday requests for production employees, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operational continuity
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials
- Coordinate with management on maintenance activities and the procurement of necessary equipment.
- Collaborate with management to assess and determine the required resources, including workforce and raw materials
- Record parts lists for stock adjustments, maintaining precise and up-to-date inventory data.
