Production Supervisor County Down

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate staff across multiple production lines to achieve daily targets for output, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee packaging materials, labelling, and stock rotation to maintain full traceability and minimise waste.
• Proactively identify and resolve production or quality issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and customer specifications at all times.
• Ensure accurate completion of production documentation and performance records.
• Lead by example, promoting a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of production teams to enhance skills and performance.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and operational excellence across all areas.

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of food production processes and standards (Level 2 Food Safety required).
• Confident decision-maker and effective problem solver in fast-paced production settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
