Production Supervisor Permanent Kilkeel Salary £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Kilkeel, who are expanding their team and are looking for a Production Supervisor Duties To manage a programme of quality assurance activity by ensuring that products manufactured and supplied by the company are safe, legal, and meet or exceed customer expectations To allocate and supervise staff to different lines to achieve overall production efficiency and to ensure that production targets are met per order. To understand AX, Autocoding, and Sparc systems and utilise these in the department To control packaging, labels, etc, and sign off required documents To observe department stock rotation and control To deal with quality / process issues To ensure that production records are accurately completed To sign off department specifics training To investigate staff personnel issues at ground level such as timekeeping and work performance and to report any issues to the department management team. To ensure that appropriate Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are implemented at all times To lead by example and ensure that you and your team are adhering to company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, Food Safety and Integrity. To undertake other appropriate duties as deemed necessary within the scope of the role.
