Duties To ensure correct and efficient set up of production lines including prestart check paperwork are completed in full. To organise ingredients and packaging required to fulfil production orders and volume To check that products meet company requirements and customer specification To complete quality and production documentations as required Labeling products To be able to complete compliance and a good understanding To train new employees and agency workers on department specifics To be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask duties Experience: Have experience within the Food industry Production management experience Managing a team Familiarity with HACCP and food safety management.
