Production Planner / Efficiency Manager
Were a family-run specialist joinery and fire doorset manufacturer with over 50 years in the trade. Based just outside Coalisland, we supply high-volume, certified fire doorsets all manufactured in-house.
Were looking for a practical, organised Production Planner to take ownership of workflow, planning and day-to-day efficiency in the workshop.
Joinery experience is highly desirable. Fire door knowledge? Even better.
Location: 5 Annaghmore Rd, Coalisland, Dungannon
Salary: £25k£30k+ dependant on experience
Hours: MonThurs: 8am5pm, Fri: 8am4pm
What Youll Be Doing:
- Plan and manage production flow to keep jobs on track
- Agree and manage door schedules and compliance
- Oversee stock levels and material planning
- Liaise with the client team on deliveries and timelines
- Help spot ways to improve efficiency across the shop floor
- Have some CAD experience (producing drawings but not essential)
What Were Looking For:
- Background in joinery
- Good problem-solver with a focus on keeping things moving
- Clear communicator
- Experience with fire doorsets is a big plus
- CAD Technician experience desirable
