Role: Production Planner
Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland
Hours: Full Time
Pay: £30,000 £35,000 (experience dependent)

The Role:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with forecasts and stock levels

• Adjust schedules in response to changing demand and supply conditions

• Coordinate with procurement to secure raw materials and packaging

• Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and logistics to align supply chain activities

• Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency

• Maintain ERP/MRP planning systems and provide management reports

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in planning processes

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG

• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven planning

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve results
