Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of high-quality veterinary products. Key duties include:
- Operating processing equipment in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Manufacturing products within a controlled environment, adhering to GMP standards
- Following all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental protocols
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces according to strict procedures
- Completing detailed and accurate production documentation
- Monitoring materials and carrying out calculations related to active ingredients
- Communicating any production issues or risks to supervisors
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance output and efficiency
- Ensuring audit-readiness and compliance at all times
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting using regulated work instructions
- Basic proficiency in English and Mathematics (internal assessment will apply)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to manage your workload independently and as part of a team
- Confidence and initiative in problem-solving
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
