Essential:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Willingness to work with computer-based systems and technology on a daily basis.

Desirable:

• Previous experience operating machinery, ideally in a mill or similar production environment.
• Familiarity with automated process control systems or stock management software.
