Production Operative – Randalstown, Antrim
Location: Randalstown, Antrim
Hours: Monday to Friday
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour
Overtime: £18.41 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role
We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s busy site in Randalstown, Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company offering stability and career development.
You’ll be working as part of a team responsible for sorting, processing, and preparing clothing and textiles for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and grading clothing and textiles according to quality and type
- Preparing items for packaging and dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Meeting daily targets and following company quality standards
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or factory environment (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
