What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & inspire a skilled team of technicians and operators to deliver top quality products with precision and pride.

- Champion change, implement lean techniques, introduce new systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the floor.
- Collaborate across departments to build synergy between production, engineering, supply chain, and support functions.

The successful candidate:

- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/operations management role
- A passion for leadership and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams

- Experience with lean manufacturing, production planning, and inventory control
- A self-starter’s mentality and a relentless drive to achieve
