We are currently seeking to recruit for the following position:
Contractual Hours: Evening Shift: Monday to Friday 4pm to 01.15 am
This is an opportunity to join a processing company to manage the operations on our evening shift at this established site.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage our evening production, working closely with the night hygiene team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production efficiency, ensuring all targets are met
- Monitoring and motivating staff
- Constantly seek new ways to improve production and control cost
- Point of contact for internal and external parties
- Ensuring product is produced to customer specification
- The overall smooth and efficient running of shift
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be a committed and flexible individual
- Have 3 years experience in a management capacity in the food industry
- Have HACCP and BRC experience in a FMCG environment
- Be a natural leader with the ability to work under pressure
- Have good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
