Your new role
As Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the bakery’s production facility, ensuring that output meets quality, efficiency, and safety standards. You will manage production schedules, oversee staff performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product consistency, optimising workflows, and supporting the development of new products.
What you’ll need to succeed
