As a result of continuous growth, Capex Recruitment are working in partnership with a manufacturing firm in the Co. Armagh area on the appointment of a Production Manager.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management team you will lead with a hands-on approach, managing & holding the team accountable.
All successful applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge of implementing & rolling out of processes, production planning and dealing with non-conformances.

Responsibilities in your new role:
- Lead by example and with a continuous improvement mindset, implementing changes as and where necessary
- Frequently liaise with the scheduling team to manage stock and anticipate the allocation of personnel & resources
- Ensure production follows build manual stages
- Work to improve build stage timings and ensure workforce compliance
- Carry out employee performance reports
- Provide reports of progress to the Senior Management Team
- Maintain strict HSE compliance requirements
What you will need to succeed:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar, leadership role within an engineering environment
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP as well as all Microsoft applications
