VANRATH is excited to partner with a leading international company in the search for a Production Coordinator. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key support role within a billion-pound enterprise known for excellence, innovation, and global reach.

You’ll be joining a respected bespoke joinery and fit-out division, supporting the production team in delivering high-spec projects with precision and efficiency. If you’re detail-driven, organised, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

Your Role at a Glance:

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to keep operations on track.

• Collaborate closely with workshop staff, procurement, and project teams.

• Monitor workflow, maintain records, and keep internal systems updated.

• Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation to support production.

• Assist with dispatch, quality control paperwork, and compliance procedures.

• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and internal policies.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in an administrative or production planning role (manufacturing or joinery a plus).

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• Confident communicator – both written and verbal.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ideally ERP systems.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
