Role Overview: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and enduring powers of attorney. The successful candidate will be expected to provide clear, professional, and practical advice to clients while contributing to the growth and development of the department. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on a wide range of private client matters. Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other relevant documents. Managing probate and estate administration matters. Working closely with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships. Contributing to business development initiatives to help grow the department. Collaborating effectively within a supportive team environment. Requirements: 3-4 years + PQE in private client law. Strong technical knowledge of private client matters. Excellent communication and client care skills. Self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to manage your own caseload.
