Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from conception to production maintenance.
• Design and deploy software solutions focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering managers to achieve product roadmap objectives.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance software efficiency.
• Architect and deliver top-quality software for client products.
• Manage and prioritise tasks within the development team.
• Contribute to design and code reviews, as well as Agile processes.
• Cultivate a vibrant and engaging work environment for your team.

Ideal Candidate

Experience: 8-10 years in Software Engineering.

Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.

Front-end Development: Expertise in front-end development, modern JavaScript (ES6/7+), HTML/CSS.

Build Tools: Proficiency in front-end build tools (e.g., NPM/Yarn, Babel, Webpack, Gulp).

UI Design: Strong design sense, translating prototypes to pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.

Web Frameworks: Skill in modern web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and optimizing for speed.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Up to £85k base
• Bonus: 7%
