A leading digital innovation firm, that has been recognised as a Top 100 company by the Sunday Times for 7 years, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead successful and efficient delivery of digital transformation programmes.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, motivate, and empower individuals to deliver complex programmes with measurable value.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures.
  • Manage risks and issues to protect and maintain client confidence.
  • Commercial Management
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within healthcare.
  • Innovate, through leading and implementing process efficiencies and identifying new opportunities.
  • Encourage the use of new technologies, tools, and ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at CxO-level.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in programme management within the public sector and/or healthcare.
  • Track record of delivering complex multi-million pond programmes.
  • Strong experience in delivery management and leading programme teams.
  • Experience in project governance.

In this role, you will gain exposure in the following areas:

  • Leading digital transformation programmes for national Healthcare bodies.
  • Contributing to bid responses for Public Sector/Healthcare procurements, including effective bid writing.
  • Sharing thought leadership in the public domain, such as blogs, articles, and industry forums.
  • Develop new service offerings and propositions.
  • Develop skills in agile delivery management.
