Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimal supervision to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters.

· Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs.

· Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required.

· Ability to read, interpret, and follow product schedules.

· Measures and aligns materials to be used.

· Resolve quality as well as mechanical problems and repair minor issues along with equipment adjustments as required.

· Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.

· Inspect and maintain press braking operative equipment’s for conformance with safety requirements.

· Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations.

· Maintains a clean work area

· Work on a 3-shift system
