Your new role

• Support and maintain our responsive repairs service by carrying out a range of plumbing and heating repairs (oil only) to our properties.
• Carry out void property works, ensuring all work is undertaken within stipulated timeframes
• Carry out oil servicing as required
• Itemise the work to be carried out on companies’ properties
• Carry out work to the high-quality standards that Arbour expects

What you’ll need to succeed

• Hold a relevant Level 3 plumbing qualification and be OFTEC Registered
• Hold a Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training or be willing to achieve this within the first 2 months of employment
• Have 3 years post-qualification experience in the plumbing and heating industry
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
• Be capable of working on your own initiative
• Have an ability to work methodically and with attention to detail
