Overview

Our client, a well-established property services provider, is looking for an experienced Plumber to join their team on an immediate contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking stable, ongoing work with the option to transition into a permanent role.

Role Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of domestic plumbing tasks, including insurance repair works and general maintenance
• Attend callouts, assess issues, and complete repairs to a high standard
• Diagnose plumbing faults and provide effective solutions
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and health & safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Strong background in domestic plumbing, maintenance, and repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Professional manner with strong customer service skills
