The successful candidate will be an experienced and enthusiastic team leader and co-ordinator undertaking the lead in job planning and development for building maintenance of an acute hospital.

Effectively organise building resources including labour, transportation and materials. Ensuring all works comply with statutory standards with particular attention to health and safety.

Supervising maintenance projects ensuring acceptable standards of productively and workmanship.
