A leading, global law firm in Belfast is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their high-performing Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to support senior legal professionals on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters while working within one of the most respected firms in the industry.
The role
- Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to multiple partners, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.

Producing accurate, high-quality documents, reports, proposals and presentations.

Managing busy diaries, travel arrangements, conferences and meeting schedules.

Handling client onboarding and supporting compliance processes.

Supporting invoicing and billing administration, including issuing and tracking invoices.

Coordinating ad-hoc administrative, project and cross-departmental tasks (including occasional reception cover).

Ensuring all documentation and processes align with firm standards and deadlines.
Experience required
-
2+ years experience as a PA or administrator.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and support multiple Fee Earners.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including professional client correspondence and document formatting.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
- Experience managing diaries, travel logistics, meetings and scheduling in a busy professional environment.
- Confidence handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and support wider business needs.
- A commitment to high professional standards, client service excellence and continuous improvement.
