Payroll Manager: Banbridge

Salary: £dependent on experience

Reed Accountancy is delighted to working with a dynamic and established company in the Banbridge area who are seeking a Payroll Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the payroll function in a standalone role, working in a company fosters a sense of collaboration in their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll processing for multiple clients with accuracy and efficiency
  • Calculate employee pay, holiday entitlements, statutory payments (e.g. SSP, SMP)
  • Determine pension contributions and PAYE liabilities
  • Generate and distribute payslips in a timely manner
  • Communicate professionally with clients and HMRC on payroll-related matters
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support payroll operations

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems/software’s and HMRC regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
