Payroll Administrator – Imminent Start – Hybrid working
Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively with Diaceutics who provide end-to-end solutions for the launch of precision medicine diagnostics. They require a temporary payroll administrator to help support their team for 3-4 months.
Your new role
This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working closely with the senior members of the Finance Team. You will be responsible for the following: Credit control and credit card reconciliationAssisting with month-end processes including SAGE 200 / ExcelSales invoicing and accounts receivablePreparing journals i.e. intercompany etc Bank reconcile and daily bank balancesData extraction and analysis including debtor reports and sales varianceMonitoring finance emails Answering telephone queries for example financeWhat you’ll need to succeed
You will be a strong payroll administrator, preferably with industry relevant experience and have the following: Experience running UK payroll soloCIPP qualified but not essentialKnowledge of Global Payroll – InputExperience of different types of payroll software Good excel skillsAttention to detailPayrolling benefitsWhat you’ll get in return
