Cyril Johnston & Co Ltd are currently seeking a pro-active and driven person to join our contact centre, as a Parts & Sales Advisor. Based within our offices at Carryduff, you will be part of a small team of operatives serving our network of customers both external & internal across the UK & Ireland.

Job Title: Parts & Sales Advisor
Reports To: Contact Centre Supervisor
Working from: Cyril Johnston & Co Ltd, Carryduff
Hours of Work: 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, however flexibility may be required on occasions
Closing date: Tuesday 8th July 2025
You must be conscientious, honest and hardworking, able to work quickly and efficiently in a demanding environment and learn and develop as the business grows. The successful candidate must be adaptable and flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure with great attention to detail, contributing to the company’s continued development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing support to a network of established trade customers
- To achieve annual sales targets contained within the Cyril Johnston business plan and to develop sales accounts
- To develop existing and new sales accounts offering a comprehensive service to our customer base
- To develop, build and maintain professional and profitable relationships with existing and prospective new customers
- Using electronic look-up systems
Essential Skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Have a good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office products
- Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- Good communication skills
- Have a high standard of work
Desirable Skills
- Experience within a parts/parts advisory department
