VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland’s most established Dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Parts Sales Advisor position. This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression. Permanent role. Place of work is Dungannon Hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (some Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis – 8am-12pm payable at 1.5x hourly salary rates) Salary £13.15 an hour / £29,000 per year + profit share + 1.5x overtime (42.5 hours weekly) + Uniform, development programme, profit share scheme, growing annual leave, birthday gift, death in service Responsibilities: Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner To handle all customers/prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person representative of the brand Communicating effectively with customers, giving product advice along with promotions and offers Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories Check deliveries of stock against delivery notes and record any discrepancies Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in stock management Assist with stock management and with general parts department duties Process orders and handle transactions efficiently for our inhouse team The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience within a similar position (franchised dealership highly desired) Ability to prove and demonstrate your experience in the provision of high levels of customer satisfaction Excellent organisation and time management skills Full valid UK driving license Desired: Use of Kerridge/CDK/dealer management systems.
