Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse range of employment law matters, advising both domestic and international clients on complex issues across various industries, including financial services, technology, and public sector.

Build and develop long-term relationships with clients, providing strategic advice on high-stakes disputes, employment regulatory matters, restructuring, and workforce strategy.

Lead the team in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law, including tribunal claims, redundancies, discrimination cases, and employment policy development.

Work collaboratively with other practice areas in the firm, including corporate and litigation teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients legal needs.

Drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of the firms employment practice, including thought leadership, networking, and marketing initiatives.

Mentor and develop junior lawyers, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
About You:

Significant experience in Employment Law, with a proven ability to handle complex matters at a senior level (Partner or Senior Associate level).

A strong business development focus, with an ability to nurture client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Expertise in advising clients across a range of sectors, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
