About the Role
We’re working with a global manufacturing business near Belfast to recruit a permanent part-time HR Manager (24 hrs/week), ideal for someone seeking hands-on responsibility and influence within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes

Manage employee relations and benefits
-
Oversee performance management and training initiatives

Serve as the site’s go-to HR lead, working independently or within a small team
Your Profile
-
Degree in HR, business, or related field
-
5+ years’ HR experience-ideally in manufacturing or a similar sector
-
CIPD-qualified (preferred)
-
Solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
-
Experience owning HR processes end-to-end is a strong advantage
