This role involves working with advanced paint systems and delivering flawless finishes. Key Responsibilities: Apply Basecoat and Direct gloss colours to vehicles with accuracy. Perform spot repairs and minor dent fixes prior to vehicle sign-off. Prepare vehicles for paint, including masking and marking out. Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain compliance with Health and Safety standards. Support the introduction of new working practices through training. Essential Criteria: Time-served Spray Painter with experience in spray painting and preparation. Familiarity with clear over base and 2-pack paint systems. Proven ability to perform minor repairs and touch-ups. Flexibility to adapt to overtime and changing shift patterns. Desirable: Experience in commercial or automotive industries.
