The Job: Operations Manager
Location: Dungannon
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
The role:

Provide leadership and direction to production and operations teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Drive operational efficiency across the site with a strong focus on cost control, product quality, and on-time delivery.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations and standards.

Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold teams accountable for achieving results.

Work closely with senior leadership to support site objectives and contribute to the long-term strategic goals of the business.
