An established and rapidly growing business in the UK food manufacturing sector(Non meat) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. This is a critical role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and scalability as the company continues to diversify its product range and expand its market presence.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production and supply chain functions, ensuring that the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business targets. You will work closely with senior management and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on operational goals and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage production and operational teams to drive performance and engagement
- Ensure operational efficiency across cost, quality, and delivery metrics
- Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability for results
