Programme Overview
- Duration:18 months
- Rotations:Three 6-month rotations
Essential Criteria:
- Passion for agriculture and animal welfare
- Must be willing to relocate or be based across any Pilgrims Europe sites or farms.
- A valid drivers license.
- Availability to start the programme on the 1st September
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Hungry and in a hurry to grow your career.
As part of our graduate programme, you will be required to have entitlement to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for this programme.
