?? Part-Time Office Manager – 2 Days/Week (Flexible Days, Mon-Fri)

Are you a friendly, organised, and proactive individual looking for a part-time opportunity in a dynamic office environment? We’re seeking an Office Manager to join our team for 2 flexible days per week (Monday to Friday). This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and service professionals, ensuring the smooth and professional running of our office.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering and directing telephone calls with professionalism and discretion
- Greeting and assisting guests, visitors, and service professionals
- Keeping internal contact lists up to date via Outlook
- Following reception procedures and reporting any issues affecting office operations
- Supporting other departments with general administrative tasks
- Managing office stationery and consumables, including ordering and stock monitoring
- Coordinating meeting room bookings within the Rushmere facility
- Handling postal and courier arrangements, and distributing incoming mail
- Assisting with the organisation of company events
- Managing local meeting requirements (e.g. catering, equipment)
- Overseeing cleaning, security, and catering contracts
- Promoting environmentally friendly practices across office operations

- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer-facing, or administrative role
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- A well-presented, friendly, and articulate approach
- Ability to manage a switchboard and multitask effectively
