Job Summary
Role
We are seeking a highly organized Administrator to join our client in Enniskillen. Reporting , you will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the operational team. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and communications via phone and email.
- Processing orders and handling client queries or complaints.
- Supporting the field sales team with administrative tasks.
- Administering the customers order ensuring accurate order management, delivery scheduling, and client requirements are met.
- Coordinating deliveries to customers, considering access, time windows, routing constraints, and driver hours.
- Maintaining records, filing, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks and supporting other areas of the business as required.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
