Office Administrator

Our client are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our growing operations.

What Youll Do

  • Work alongside our Accounts and Service teams.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including financial information.

  • Track and uphold customer service levels and KPIs.

  • Prepare management reports.

  • Coordinate with our supply chain to keep jobs on schedule.

  • Handle calls and provide customer support when needed.

  • Receive full training to help you succeed.

What Were Looking For

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English and Maths.

  • Strong organisation skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Clear, confident communication skillsboth verbal and written.

  • Solid numeracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.

  • Professional, confident telephone manner.
