Role Description
This is a part time or full-time, on-site role for an Office Admin Assistant based at the Cathedral Graphics office in Belfast. The Office Admin Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including basic book-keeping, providing clerical support, managing phone correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting executive administrative needs. The ideal candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations effectively
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills for handling correspondence and interacting with clients and colleagues
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior management with scheduling and organizational needs
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
- Proficiency with office software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team setting
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Some experience with accounts is prefferable.
