We are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionateNurse Manager to lead a small Learning Disability facility in North Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Nurse Manager or a senior nurse ready to take the next step into leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience with valid NMC registration
- Previous management or senior nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a supportive and collaborative approach
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care
