What you will do as a Nurse Manager:
- Maximise financial performance of the home, exceeding budgetary targets and increase the percentage of private fee payers
- Maximise financial performance of the home, exceeding budgetary targets and increase the percentage of private fee payers
- Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager;
- Undertake pro-active occupancy planning, developing strategies to maximise occupancy and pricing levels.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, their relatives and visitors, and all external parties involved in the residents wellbeing;
What you need:
- 2 years experience in a similar role or within a senior nursing role
- Registered RGN, RMN or RLDN qualification
- Active NMC pin
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
