Your Role: As a key member of this dynamic team, you will: Assist on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, reorganisations, cross-border transactions, and due diligence projects. Support the drafting of corporate documentation and contribute to transaction management on complex global deals. Collaborate closely with senior lawyers, partners, project managers, and legal tech professionals across the firm’s global network. Gain hands-on experience across key practice areas including Corporate and Securities, M&A, and Capital Markets. Contribute to the development of innovative tools and services that enhance client delivery and internal efficiencies. Build lasting relationships with colleagues across jurisdictions and develop your legal skills in a truly international environment. What We’re Looking For: Recently qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales. Completed a training contract with strong experience or seats in corporate law. A commercial mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a high-performing team.
