Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dungannon, to recruit an NPD Manager.
This is an exciting role for a strategically minded individual to contribute to the creation of high-quality snack products in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
As the NPD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing business growth by overseeing the successful development of new products and enhancing our clients existing product portfolio in line with the company goals.
What We Require:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successful product development.
- Strong project management capabilities, including experience leading and coordinating product development teams.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and product testing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
