Your new role
As NPD Manager, you’ll take ownership of the development pipeline from concept to launch, working closely with commercial, technical, and production teams to deliver products that meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. You’ll lead a small but capable team, manage customer presentations, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role offers a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on development, with scope to influence the future direction of the product range.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll bring proven experience in food product development, ideally within chilled or ambient categories, along with a strong understanding of customer requirements, manufacturing processes, and food safety standards. Excellent project management skills, creativity, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. A background in food science or a related discipline will be highly beneficial.
