We’re looking for a dependable Night Shift KP to keep
our kitchen spotless, organised, and ready for the next day’s service.

This is a vital role in our restaurant – behind the scenes
but at the heart of everything we do.

As our Night KP, you’ll work after hours to make sure
the kitchen is clean, safe, and fully stocked for the day ahead.

Deep Cleaning & Hygiene…

• Clean down all kitchen areas, equipment, and
  surfaces to a high standard.
• Ensure all waste is disposed of correctly and
  hygienically.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures and
  cleaning schedules.

Dishwashing & Equipment Care…

• Operate commercial dishwashers to clean pots,
  pans, utensils, and service equipment.
• Ensure all items are properly stored and ready
  for the next shift.
• Report any damaged or faulty equipment to
  management.

Stock & Prep Support…

• Help check and store deliveries safely and
  correctly.
• Assist with basic prep and restocking where
  needed.
• Keep walk in refrigerators and storage areas
  clean and well organised.

Work Solo or With a Team…

• Confident working independently during night
  hours.
• Liaise with closing teams to ensure a smooth
  handover.

About You:

• Reliable,
  punctual, and trustworthy.
• Able
  to work efficiently overnight or late evening shifts.
• Comfortable
  with physical work, heavy lifting, and staying on your feet.
• A
  strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Experience
  as a KP or cleaner is a bonus – but not essential.
