Location: Belfast
Hours: 12-hour night shifts, working 3 or 4 nights per week (36 or 48 hours per week)

Key Duties:

• Provide overnight care and support to residents in line with care plans

• Assist with personal care, toileting, and repositioning

• Conduct regular welfare checks and ensure safety throughout the night

• Accurately record care notes and report any concerns

• Carry out light domestic duties such as laundry and tidying communal areas

• Ensure effective handovers with day staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or residential care setting

• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Eligible to work in the UK
