We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Operations to play a key leadership role within the organisation.
Based at the iconic National Football Stadium at Windsor Park in Belfast, you will oversee HR, finance, and commercial operations, while playing a vital role in supporting the CEO in developing and implementing new policies and strategic projects. A key part of the role will be to help in delivering NIFL’s current strategic plan – ‘A bold and brighter future for professional football’.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence, support revenue generation, and help shape policies and initiatives that align with NIFL’s long-term goals. You will also lead and support the commercial team to drive growth, secure strategic partnerships, and enhance the league’s brand and financial sustainability.
