We are looking for a .NET Engineer to lead a development team supporting and enhancing a portfolio of enterprise applications within the healthcare industry. This role involves full-stack development, cloud deployment, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a development team to implement client-requested changes, resolve issues, and optimize enterprise applications.
- Design and develop full-stack solutions, ensuring robust backend API development and seamless frontend experiences.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
- Act as a technical authority, making design decisions and contributing to architecture discussions.
- Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Full-stack development expertise with CSS, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API design, and database querying.
- 2+ years of professional .NET development experience, including Entity Framework 6 & Core, ASP.NET MVC & MVC Core.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience working in an agile team, leading on technical approaches and coaching developers.
- Cloud platform experience, particularly AWS, for application deployment and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
