Brook Street working on behalf of our Belfast client located in South Belfast who are looking for an experienced Medical Administrator/ Receptionist to join their dedicated team
The candidate hired for this role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the practice and your responsibilities will include:
- Managing patient bookings, correspondence, and records
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting clinicians with accurate data entry and scheduling
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals and services
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and healthcare regulations
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administration role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using internal CRM systems
- A calm and professional approach under pressure

Hours of work for full time are 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and Saturday mornings on a rotational basis. Bank hours will be as required to cover holiday or sick leave.
